Class Times:
Tuesdays & Wednesdays | 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Fridays | 6:30pm - 7:30pm
What You’ll Learn:
- Fundamental Techniques: Break falls, pins, throws, stances, blocks, strikes, and kicks.
- Atemi Waza: The heart of Go-Shin Jitsu—master the art of vital point striking.
- Combat Styles: Train in Randori, freestyle sparring, and groundwork to build real-world application and adaptability.
